I know, I have been bombarding you with Gingerbread but it is my favorite this time of year. It goes with everything. Even Gingerbread fudge. Perfect for that last-minute gift idea, or family night treat, this Gingerbread Fudge is super-fast and even easier to make.

It can’t get any easier- just 5 simple ingredients- and this holiday treat is insanely delish. Seasonally spiced gingerbread fudge that takes just minutes to make, and doubles as a perfect edible Christmas gift: does it get any better?

I typically prefer my fudge with a stiffer consistency, especially when it will be sitting in gift boxes or perhaps on the coffee table while entertaining. If you like a softer fudge, you only need to lessen the amount of white chocolate by about ¼ cup and it should be fine.

Gingerbread Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 18 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • sprinkles (optional)
White Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  • Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil. Leave enough foil over the edges to use as handles to lift the fudge out.
  • Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Melt in the microwave in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until it is melted.
  • Then add ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Stir together until well combined.
  • Place the mixture into your prepared pan.
  • If you like, you can decorate it with sprinkles on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or preferably overnight to let it set up.
  • After it is set up, lift out the fudge and cut it into squares to serve.

May you have a very blessed a delish holiday season.
